Folio 1: Patrick White; case continued from previous journal; disease or hurt, contused wound. Remains in hospital.

Folio 2: Morell Magoon; case continued from previous journal; disease or hurt, phthisis. Discharged 25 June 1828.

Folio 2: William Bawker; case continued from previous journal; disease or hurt, pneumonia. Died 2 April 1828.

Folios 2-3: Henry Mills, aged about 27; disease or hurt, phthisis. Admitted 23 April 1828. Died 9 May 1828.

Folio 3: Joseph Pearson, aged about 22, Dromedary; disease or hurt, phthisis. Admitted 23 April 1828. Died 3 June 1828.

Folio 4: Robert McFarlane, aged about 29; disease or hurt, general debility. Admitted 14 May 1828. Remains in hospital.

Folio 4: John Davidson, aged about 39; disease or hurt, syphilis. Admitted 22 May 1828. Discharged 18 June 1828.

Folio 4: Arthur Strugnel, aged about 27; disease or hurt, phthisis. Admitted 2 May 1828. Died 13 May 1828.

Folio 5: William Lamplough, aged about 32; disease or hurt, chronic dysentery. Admitted 17 June 1828. Remains in hospital.
