Folios 1-2: William Needham, case continued from previous journal; disease or hurt, diseased bladder. Remains in hospital.

Folio 2: John Wilson, case continued from previous journal; disease or hurt, mania. Discharged 26 October 1824.

Folios 2-3: Joseph Hooper, aged about 27; disease or hurt, dyspepsia (obstipatio). Admitted, 13 October 1824. Discharged 26 December 1824.

Folio 3: John Wilson, aged about 33; disease or hurt, mania. Admitted, 13 November 1824. Discharged 11 December 1824.

Folio 4: John Slater, aged about 33; disease or hurt, apoplexy. Admitted, 14 December 1824. Remains in hospital.

Folio 4: George Torry, aged about 36; disease or hurt, pneumonia. Admitted, 15 December 1824. Discharged 29 December 1824.
