[Note: ADM 101/82/3, 3A-3L are produced as a single document: order as ADM 101/82/3 Folio 1: Blank. Folios 2-9: John Wade, aged about 50, ship's cook; disease or hurt, pneumonic inflammation. Put on sick list, 2 January 1801. Discharged 28 January 1801 to Greenwich Hospital by order of the Admiral. Folios 3-4: William Wallon, aged about 24, supernumerary; disease or hurt, pulse hard and irregular and frequent with [?] prostration of strength and frequent vomiting of bile. Put on sick list, 11 January 1801 at the Great Nore. Discharged 13 January 1801 to the Spanker hospital ship. Folios 5-9: William Bridge, supernumerary; disease or hurt, gonorrhoea with slight dysuria. Put on sick list, 16 January 1801. Discharged 8 February 1802 to duty.
