Draft of an indenture between Josias Lambard (Lambert) of Calton, Yorkshire, esquire, on one part and Nicholas Girlington of Thurland Castle (his son-in-law), and Thomas Mosley of Wennington, Lancashire, esquires, on the other part. Lambard was bound on 8 October 1611 under obligation to John Girlington, esquire, late of Thurland Castle, deceased, father of Nicholas, in a bond of £3000, for the grant of Airton Hall, with appurtenances in Airton in Craven, Yorkshire. This indenture confirms that grant. 4 folios.
