Nicholas Girlington's accounts of personal expenditure during Michaelmas and Candlemas terms, 1621. Includes a list of fees and costs for the progress of his case though the court of Chancery - fees for his attorney, drafting of a petition, interrogatories, fees to the six clerks, certificates from the examiners, registrars' fees for days of hearing, costs for sub poenas and orders, and fees for an affidavit. Other items listed are shoes, inkhorns, prognostications, money for points, and money lost at cards. 2 folios.
