Draft text of the condition clause of a bond between Nicholas Girlington, Thomas Nelson, Marmaduke Hodgson, James Fawcett, John Fortune and Joseph Booth. If they pay £200 to Booth on 30 June 1624 in the church porch at Tunstall between 1pm and 4pm, and Booth and his heirs occupy the great barn of Thurland Castle for the annual rent of £25 where the tithe corn of Thurland has always been stored, then the bond shall be void.
