Description

Draft indenture between Ursula Banaster, widow, late the wife of John Banaster, esquire, deceased, and before him the wife of Francis Hall, esquire, deceased, on one part, and Robert Hall of 'Barnehowe', Lincolnshire, gentleman, on the other part, demising, granting and letting to farm for nineteen years, a farm called Babworth in Nottinghamshire, with its appurtenances, land, tenements, meadows, etc., formerly occupied by Sir Anthony Neville, knight, for £5 annual rent paid in two parts, on the same terms as Neville enjoyed, with right of re-entry in default of payment of the rent.
