Folios 3-4: Thomas Jago, aged 33, sailmaker; case number 1; disease or hurt, neuralgia. Put on sick list, 9 September 1851 at sea. Discharged 25 April 1852 to hospital.

Folios 4-5: William Webb, aged 34, Cooper; case number 2; disease or hurt, dysentery. Put on sick list, 25 January 1852 at sea. Discharged 5 February 1852 to hospital.

Folio 5: William Huntingford, aged 36, Captain of the Maintop; case number 3; disease or hurt, oblique inguinal hernia. Put on sick list, 11 March 1852 at sea. Discharged 29 April 1852 the ship being paid off.

Folios 5-6: M. Hale, aged 23, marine; case number 4; disease or hurt, syphilis. Put on sick list, 16 March 1852. Discharged 26 April 1852 to Haslar hospital.

Folio 6: James Santot, aged 27, cook; case number 5; disease or hurt, ulcer. Put on sick list, 23 April 1852. Discharged 25 April 1852 to hospital.

William Huntingford, aged 30, Captain of the Maintop, ship pay book number-2; date pension certificate granted, 12 March 1852; hurt or wound-oblique inguinal hernia reducible, received on 11 March 1852 while on duty, in shifting the main topsail yard at sea.
