Medical and surgical journal of His Majesty's convict ship Camden for 26 February-25 July 1831 by David Boyter, Surgeon, during which time the said ship was employed in the conveyance of convicts to New South Wales.

Folios 12-13: Surgeon's general remarks. The Guard consisted of 29 men from the 11th Dragoons. The 198 convicts were received from four different ships. The party from the Cumberland had the appearance of being less attended to than those of the other hulks, a great many of the Cumberlands had large ulcers on their legs, three of them so large and apparently of that long standing and character that I felt bound to reject them.
