Medical journal of His Majesty's Ship Swiftsure for 9 July 1799 to 9 July 1800 by James Dalziel. during which time the said ship was employed in the Mediterranean and on the Gibraltar Station. The journal has case by case entries with all the treatment for each case recorded in one entry. There are often comments about the individual cases recorded and the numbers of similar cases, which are not recorded, in the remarks column. (Described at item level).
