1800-1801
Medical journal of His Majesty's Ship the London from 24 July 1800 to 25 April 1801 by James Little, Surgeon, during which time the said ship was employed with the Channel fleet and in the Baltic. The journal takes the form of case by case entries with detailed descriptions of symptoms and treatments and remarks on the general appearance and health of each patient. Folios 32 to 34 are blank and the latest dated entry is 10 March 1801. The general remarks continue from those in the previous journal [ADM 101/87/1] and are dated 20 July 1801.
