Visit of James Robertson (B3A) and Guy Liddell (DDG) to Security Intelligence Middle East (SIME) Headquarters in Cairo and outlying offices in Baghdad, Jerusalem and Cyprus, April and May 1947. Includes Robertson's detailed report on the visit and some associated correspondence. The report focuses in particular on SIME's role and objectives, its staffing, conditions in its various stations and working relations with other associated organisations.
