NIGERIA 11. Photographs, by Major C T Lawrence, 1910-1939.
254 photographs, mainly depicting life in Nigeria during the 1920s, but also including views in Britain and Europe. Also enclosed are photographs taken by other people, mementos of Lawrence's trips, including news cuttings, a brochure and menu from the ship MV Adda, a watercolour view of Ibadan and correspondence.
Includes prints of Prince of Wales visiting Nigeria in 1925 and panorama of Lagos in 1923
