This series contains specimens of the office directory produced within the Department for National Savings from the mid-1980s. The directory contains organisation charts for the parent department and its constituent divisions, including Headquarters, Bonds and Stock Office, National Savings Bank and Deposit Bond Office/Capital Bond Office, and Savings Certificate and SAYE Office, describing the functions and responsibilities of each individual post down to the level of executive officer or equivalent. There is also an alphabetical list of senior staff.
