- In June 2013 it was noticed that item numbers within CAB 195/9 had been duplicated as a consequence of transferring digitised records to The National Archives' new Discovery catalogue. This has now been corrected and also, as part of that corrective process, the previously referenced item CAB 195/9/1 (which was a digital image of the piece CAB 195/9) has been replaced.
