Captured ship: Sjælland or Scielland, a Danish ship from the East Indies taken at the Cape of Good Hope, 8 February 1798, by the fleet led by HMS Tremendous.
A box of private papers and letters of Lieutenant George August Dossit D'Alban, who previously sailed on the St Laurens, Zeebouwer, the Zeeland and possibly the Elizabeth: some ship's papers from these ships and the Sciellend are included
