Indenture of assignment of reversion between (1) Richard Pickman, captain of Berwick, and (2) William Rydon, of Picford [Pockford in Chiddingfold] Surrey, gent: of property in Surrey.
By letters patent under the great seal 12 Jul 8 Eliz [1566], a messuage called Thermytage in Brookwood, a garden, 5 acres of several pasture adjoining, a close of heath land (8 acres), pasture called Thermytage Brooke (6 acres), 1 acre 3 roods of meadow in mead called Millercreame, and ½ acre of meadow in Holbridge Meade in Woking, Surrey, (late of Grey Friars [? recte Black Friars] in Guildford [Guildford Friary]), leased to Gregory Revell, yeoman of the queen's chamber, for 21 years, at 26s 8d a year.
By letters patent under the great seal 16 Feb 15 Eliz [1573], leased to Richard Pickman, premises in reversion, for 21 years, at 26s 8d.
