Description

Transcript of letters patent granting property in Norfolk to Thomas Wriothesley, kt, lord Wriothesley, chancellor of England, and Richard Southwell, kt, general surveyor of the Court of General Surveyors.

Grant of the manor of Westfelde [Westfield], Norfolk, (late of Charterhouse, London), the manor of Popenhoo, otherwise Walsoken, otherwise Walsooken Popenhoo, Norfolk, (late of the monastery of Ramsey [Ramsey Abbey], Hunts), an annual pension of 40s from the rectory of Walsoken, and all messuages in Westfield and Walsoken.
