Draft letters patent leasing property in Somerset.
Lease, for fine of [blank] to [blank], of the site of the manor or rectory of Wellowe [Wellow], and the rectory and church of Wellow, and all lands, etc, belonging thereto; a wood called Hanginge Clyflfe Wood, and a pension from Farleigh [Hungerford] church (14s), tithes, etc, (late of the priory of Cirencester [Cirencester Abbey], Gloucestershire), except the advowson of Wellow church, for 21 years, at £33 13s 4d a year. With petition from Walter Crouche.
