Draft assignment by (1) John Flower, of Phillipps Norton [Norton St Philip], Somerset, yeoman, to (2) Thomas Eastchurch, of London: of property in Glastonbury, Somerset.

By letters patent under the Exchequer seal 2 Mar 29 Eliz [1587], [inter alia] 2 pieces of land, meadow or pasture called Droves, otherwise Drovewaies, in Glaston [Glastonbury], Somerset, leased to John Flower, for 21 years, at 12d a year. Also a garden in Benynge streate in Maydlode [Madeload] in Glastonbury, (parcel of the lands of Edward [Seymour], late duke of Somerset).
