Draft of assignment by (1) Thomas Sherwood, gent, receiver of temporalities of the bishopric of Bath and Wells, to (2) Elizabeth I: of a bond.
By reason of his receivership, Sherwood is indebted to the queen in various sums of money. By bond 9 Jan 33 Eliz [1591], Richard Osbome, of Wells, Somerset, vintner, and William Wigmore, of Wells, gent, are bound to Thomas Sherwood in £100.
Assignment to the queen.
