Transcript of assignment by (1) Vincent Skynner, esq, bailiff and collector of the queen's rents in the manor of Newarke [Newark], Nottinghamshire, to (2) Elizabeth I: of a bond.
By reason of his bailiwick, Skynner is indebted to the queen in various sums of money. By bond 30 Nov 28 Eliz [1585], Archibald Barnard of Spylsbye [Spilsby], and Thomas Barnard of Hagnaby, Lines, gents, are bound to Vincent Skynner in £300, for bond which Skynner made with them to Richard Fletcher, of London, in £200 for payment of £150.
Assignment to the queen.
