Lease of 150 acres of land, etc, called Neathe Parke, otherwise Parke Issa, with lodge and houses thereon, in the lordship of Oswoldestrete, otherwise Osuester [Oswestry], Shropshire, reserving woods, etc, in reversion, for 21 years, at £4 a year.
