Lease of 14 acres of land and meadow in Wikemore, and Oxen Meade, in Stogursey, Somerset, 6s 8d; a close of land called Smythes, in Stogursey (2½ acres), 4s; a burgage and garden in Stogursey, 2s; 2 closes of land and meadow, late Berryes, in Stogursey (6 acres), 6s; a close of land called Mortymers in Aisholte [Aisholt], Somerset, (2 acres), 12d; a cottage and garden, and half a burgage without the westgate, in Bridgwater, Somerset, 2s; a tenement and 20 acres of land, meadow and pasture in Playnesfelde [Plainsfield in Over Stowey], Somerset, 12s 4d; a tenement and 11 acres of land and pasture in Plainsfield, 12s; a tenement and 4 acres in Plainsfield, 4s; a tenement and 14 acres of land and pasture in Plainsfield, 12s l0d; a tenement and 17 acres of land and pasture in Plainsfield, 14s; a tenement and 1 acre of land in Plainsfield, 3 s 2d; 2 acres of land and pasture in Myluerton [Milverton], Somerset, a tenement and 1 acre of land in Milverton borough, 7s; a cottage and 5½ acres of land in Chelton in Morelynch [Moorlinch], Somerset, 3 s 4d; a burgage and 3 acres of land and pasture at Downe Ende in Puryton [Puriton], Somerset, 16d; 3 parcels of overlands divided into 2 closes (17 acres) in Susshill, Somerset, 20s; 3 acres of arable land in Nether Stoway [Nether Stowey], Somerset, 3s; and the hundred of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, (late of the monastery of Syon [Syon Abbey, Middlesex], etc.), for 21 years, at £5 15s 6d a year, and 13s 4d for Cheltenham hundred.
