Description

Transcript of a grant by (1) Henry Champernowne, of Modbury, Devon, esq, to (2) Edward Barkeley, gent: of an annuity.

For accomplishment of certain agreements in an indenture between (1) and (3) Sir Maurice Barkeley, of Brewton [Bruton], Somerset, kt. On I Jun last, to Edward Barkeley, gent, one of the sons of Sir Maurice Barkley, an annuity of £10, out of the late priory of St. Jermaines [St. Germans Priory], Cornwall, and lands, etc., belonging thereto in the parish of St. Jermaines [St. Germans], for life, to begin the day of death of Sir Maurice Barkley.
