Draft of assignment by (1) Hugh Sexey, bailiff and collector of the queen's rents of chantry lands in Gloucestershire, to (2) Elizabeth I: of a bond.
Hugh Sexey is indebted to the queen by reason of his bailiwick in sums of money received. By bond 7 Oct 37 Eliz [1595], Richard Fitziames, esq, deceased, and John Fitziames, gent, both of Redlynche [Redlynch], Somerset, are bound to Hugh in £200.
Assignment to the queen.
