Transcript of letters patent granting property in Warwickshire to John Harrington, kt, and John Reade.
Grant of all lands in Marton, Warwickshire, (late of Studley Priory), 10s 1½d; and all lands, etc., in Burdingburye otherwise Burtingburye [Birdingbury], Warwickshire, (late of the guild of Holy Trinity and St. George in Warwick, Warwickshire), 8s and 5s; which, by letters patent 10 Aug 19 Eliz [1577], were leased to Anthony Rotsey, for 21 years, at 10s l½d, 8s and 5s a year. Also, by letters patent 20 Jun 15 Eliz [1573], a messuage, garden, orchard, and close called Churchyard, in Marton, (late of St. Mary College, Warwick), leased to Henry Knyvett, esq, for 31 years, at 42s 8d a year.
