Articles of covenant between (1) Richard Gwynne, and Hugh Sexey, of London, gent, and (2) John Smith, and John Prowtinge, both of St. Andrews Major in the lordship of Dinas Powys, Glamorganshire, gents.
On behalf of themselves and Christopher Flemynge, John Gybon, James John, Lewis Phillpott, John Nicholls, and John Gybon Watkyns, tenants of a cottage called White Peele Cottage, and a parcel of wasteland called Playes Hill (14 acres), in the lordship of Dynas powes [Dinas Powys], (parcel of the possessions of Jasper [Tudor], late duke of Bedford).
