Description

Indenture of sale between (1) Arthur Kelton, of London, gent, son and heir of Thomas Kelton, gent, deceased, and (2) Thomas Bromley, esq, solicitor general to the queen: of the site of St. Mary College, Shrewsbury.

For £40, sale of the site of the late St. Mary College, Shrewsbury, and the house called the Deanry House, or the College House, 2 gardens and an orchard belonging thereto, etc.
