Draft indenture of sale between (1) Thomas Mildmaye of Moulsham in Chelmsford, Essex, esq, and (2) Baldwin Dale of London, merchant tailor, and Margaret, his wife, (late the wife of Richard Love of Moulsham, deceased): of lands in Moulsham, Essex.
Sale of a messuage, etc, called Weller Tenement, being copyhold, a barn and a messuage in Reestrete in Mulseham [Moulsham], being freehold, a croft of land called Pyres otherwise Tylekyllefeld, also freehold, their estate in obit lands called Battells obyte lands and Brelkers or Drelkers obyte lands, and 1/2 acre of meadow, copyhold in Bowelke medowe, all in Moulsham.
Bond dated 8 Feb, between (2) and (1), for £80.
