Indenture of lease between (1) Anne, queen of England, and (2) Thomas Freshwater, of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, esq.
By letters patent under the great seal 19 Sep 1 Jas I [1603], as dower to queen Anne, various honors etc, whereof Havering at Bower [Havering atte Bower], Essex, is parcel, (as also in letters patent 18 Oct 1 Jas I [1603]), leased for 10 years, or the queen's life.
Notes of enrolment before Hugh Sexey, auditor, 14 May 1611.
