Paper transcript of a lease by Henry, Earl of St Albans, Sir John Wintour, Sir Henry Wood, bart, Sir Charles Harbord, Surveyor General to the king, Sir John Long, and Sir Peter Ball, to Henry Brouncher of the parish of St Martins in the Fields, Middlesex, esq, and William Young of the same, esq, of the manors of Somersham, Pidley, Fenton, Bluntsham, Colne, and Earith, Huntingdonshire, late parcel of the possessions of the bishopric of Ely, with detailed valuation of the premises and previous lease history.
