Description

This series contains lists of proprietors and nominees, etc, in connexion with Life Annuities granted in 1766, 1778 and 1779; and also records of the English Tontine of 1789 (the last survivor of which died in 1887) showing the contributors and their nominees, the dates of death of nominees, and the annuities paid to each beneficiary.
