Leighton's murder sentence and all other sentences quashed on appeal. 'A report outlining further police investigations on behalf of the Home Office into the circumstances surrounding the murder of Maxwell Thomas Bertie CONFAIT, 27 Doggett Road, Catford, London, SE6, 1972' by West Mercia Constabulary.
