Description

Z RIFAI, Jordanian ambassador: victim of attempted murder in Duchess of Bedford's Walk, Kensington, London on 15 December 1971. Arrest of A KHELFA-SAHEL in Lyon, France on 5 January 1972. The accused was not extradited to Britain owing to the political nature of the alleged offence.
