Drawn by P Ness, Colonial Surveyor: (1) and (2) dated 28 June 1872; (3) dated 23 September 1872. (1) Site plan and ground floor plan of building, with two overlays showing basement and upper floor plans of building. Four sections. (2) Transverse and longitudinal sections. (3) Longitudinal section. Scales: (1) 1 inch to 10 feet; (2) 1 inch to 4 feet.
