Ettore QUAGLIARINI, alias Pablo BONO: Italian. A revolutionary in California in the 1920s, he was described as a trusted Comintern agent when he returned to Europe and was a political commissar in the Spanish Civil War. He was an active communist in Uruguay during the Second World War and returned to Italy in 1946
