4 Edw III, Octave of the Purification, in two parts: Norfolk-Hertfordshire only, still on thong with original cover and bottom stop; Surrey-Lancashire only, on a separate piece of thong with original top stop. The Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Derbyshire writs are missing, those for the last two probably removed for use in the eyres in those counties in 1330-31, while for the first two there would be no Bench writs because the cases for those counties were currently being heard in their eyres.
