BRUSA [British-US Sigint Communications network in the Far East] and Negotiations with America, Autumn 1943 to mid-October 1944. These notes cover relations with the US Navy on Sigint collection, crypt processing and reporting against the Japanese naval target. Key issues were the determination of the USA to run the show, the role of HMS Anderson and the setting up of a secure communications network to effect swift transmission of intercepted cypher messages and related feed-back.
