These appear to be decrypts and translations done at RAF Waddington and issued in the YX series, started on 16 June 1932 and, according to a note at the end, discontinued on 18 November 1935. Much of the early traffic was Russian, possibly some from the Estonians, but from September 1932 there was increasing concentration on the Italians
