W GAZE: victim of unsolved murder at Dewhurst's butcher's shop, 659 High Road, Seven Kings, Ilford, Essex (also recorded as Chadwell Heath, Essex) on 10 April 1971. Gaze, a customer at the shop, went to the aid of the manager during a robbery and died from his injuries after being coshed.
