Briefings for Prime Minister Lloyd George during negotiations in London between the British Government and a Soviet Russian delegation concerning trade and the recognition of the Russian Communist Government. This consists mainly of briefings based on decypted Russian messages, but some texts are included. Relevant BJ serial numbers are almost invariably given, except for the end of August and September. The originals are in HW 12/9-14. No explanation can be offered for the blank page headed '48 missing'.
