Description

Ernest Walter CANT: British. A prominent member of the Communist Party of Great Britain, CANT was among those imprisoned in 1925 after the police raid on CPGB HQ. He served as Party organiser in London and in Nottingham. Papers subsequent to 1947 have been destroyed
