Frederick Robert KUH: American. An able and influential American journalist, with good contacts across the international political spectrum, KUH was principally of interest to the Security Service as a possible channel of leaked official information during the Second World War. He certainly had access to good information, but he was never shown conclusively to have been anything but a successful journalist. During the 1930's he may have had connections with the FEDERATED PRESS OF AMERICA, an organisation closely allied with Soviet Intelligence
