1 item extracted from CRES 38/1765. 'A Plan or Survey of the Lands and Premises Belonging to Nath[anie]ll St. Andre Esqr. and the Rt. Honble the Lady Elizabeth Diana his Wife Lying at and about Kew in the County of Surrey and Let to the Honble [-] Pelham Esqr By the Lease Annex'd'. Shows numbered and lettered parcels of land in area to the south of Kew Green (now covered by the eastern part of Kew Gardens). Also shows Kew Palace, buildings on the south of Kew Green, in Broad Walk, and at Kew Ferry. Also shows lots fronting the River Thames, road and footpath from Kew to Richmond. Title in decorative cartouche. Single line border. Reference table to plot names and acreage. No scale shown. Compass indicator: oriented to the south. Pencilled annotations (19th century) refer to Kew Bridge (not shown on the plan), and lots of Lady Essex. 'No 17' (endorsement). No lease between the parties is to be found in CRES 38/1765.
