Alexandre WEINSTEIN: Russian, and Cita MENZIES: British. WEINSTEIN, an arms dealer and entrepreneur in both World Wars, was suspected at one time of being a German agent. Despite investigation in the 1940's, no evidence was discovered to support this theory. Cita MENZIES, his mistress at this time, was the sister-in-law of Sidney REILLY [see KV/2/827] with whom WEINSTEIN had been a business partner in 1917
