Description

Leonard BANNING, alias John BROWN: a pre-war member of the British Union of Fascists, he went to Germany to teach in 1939. He was not interned and broadcast from 1941 to 1945 for the German Broadcasting Service under the alias, John BROWN. He was brought to trial and sentenced to 10 years' penal servitude
