Willi GOETZ, alias GOTZ: German. After gaining a doctorate in Law in 1939, he joined the Hungarian-German Chamber of Commerce in Budapest. He was later recruited to help with agent work in the Abwehr. After working for the SD in Vienna, he began work in 1941 for Technical Intelligence. Later he worked in Sofia and Istanbul
