1 item extracted from ADM 7/846 (a volume of papers relating to proposals and surveys by Graeme Spence, Chief Surveyor of the Admiralty). Cornwall: Scilly Isles. 'A Copy of as much of M r. Spence's Chart of Scilly, as is sufficient to show the Situation, and Form, of the Break-Water proposed by him; to Shelter Men of war, in S t. Mary's Road; explanatory of the foregoing Remarks: by Graeme Spence. 1809'. Hydrographic chart showing soundings; rocks, ledges and points (all named); lights; recommended buoys and beacons. Scale: 6 inches to 1 mile. Compass rose and lines.
