Reginald KRAY, Ronald KRAY and others: murder of Frank ('Axeman') MITCHELL on 23 December 1966 at London, E6, and other offences. Not guilty of murder; convicted of some other offences. Transcripts part 1: Day 1 (15 April 1969) to Day 15 (6 May 1969) - this piece is one of two transcripts documents for the MITCHELL case, in DPP 2/4588-4589, and there is an overlap in the contents. This document also includes an appeal hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice, 27 November 1969, regarding the McVITIE/CORNELL case as well as the MITCHELL case.
PLEASE NOTE: When transferred, this piece was allocated within the run DPP 2/4583-4591 for the McVITIE/CORNELL murder case (5353/68) and was catalogued as such. The contents, however, are as now described (amended in February 2017).
